Little bit about myself

My focus is on helping people Define the Success they aspire for and help them in their Climb to Success in Life.
By formal education I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University.
Currently I am working as an Information Technology (IT) professional. And I have spent more than twenty five years in the IT corporate world.
My IT Journey
In my corporate journey in the IT industry, I have interacted with and mentored several people across diverse roles and varied experience.
I see several people who are blessed with unique talents, huge aspirations and burning desire to achieve success in life. Some of them have been highly successful, raising their goals higher and continuing on this success path.
However, many are still on this path to success in life. They are either not progressing fast or have not progressed much as per their true potential.
Based on my experience and interaction with many of these people, this is because of one or more of the reasons:
- Being in the wrong career
- Not having the right attitude
- Improper planning of their life goals
- Lack of passion or interest in the current career
- Family circumstances
- Fear of leaving their comfort zone
- Time Management
- Lack of focus on their fitness levels
- Not having the right mentor or coach
